“Rovelli” a system for kids (and their adults)
Everyone is invited to the block party! An inside-out toy chest, made of hard maple wooden blocks finished in Odie’s Oil and colorful acrylic rods, for kids to play with and on, based on semiotic theory (the general theory of signs and how humans use signifiers to interpret the world around them) Rovelli is a natural and non-toxic toy and book storage system designed for children that trusts their imaginations to make informed decisions based on environmental stimuli to best suit their playtime needs at any given moment with the freedom to make changes as they see fit. Although designed for children, it is attractive enough to display in any home and teaches balance, composition, problem solving, and fine motor skills while encouraging children to tell stories through imaginative play!
